2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable u/s 363, 365, 366A, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 4 & 8 of the POCSO Act and Section 3(i) (r)(s) of the SC/ST Act.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier vide detailed order dated 31.07.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.39228 of 2024, the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court with an observation that the petitioner would be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. In compliance thereof, the charge has been framed
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.90067 of 2024(3) dt.04-04-2025 2/2 against the petitioner as mentioned in para 17 of the bail application.
4. Learned APP for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant opposes the prayer for bail. Learned counsel for the informant fairly submits that there is compromise between the parties.
5. In view of the aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Pakaridayal P.S. Case No. 211 of 2022.
