08-10-2018 After some argument, Sri Ashok Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioners requests for disposal of the present petition so that both petitioners may appear before the court below and pray for regular bail.

The prayer is allowed.

The anticipatory bail petition of petitioners in Sasaram (M) P.S. Case No. 08 of 2018 stands disposed of with an observation that if within a period of six weeks from today, both petitioners namely Anil Mahto and Pramod Mahto appear before the court below and pray for regular bail, the learned court below, without being prejudiced with this order, may examine the same and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, preferably on the same date.
