The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467,468,471 and 420 of the IPC.

The prosecution case as per the written report of Block Education Officer, Pakribarawan submitted to the SHO, Pakribarawan Police Station is to the effect that an enquiry was conducted with regard to the appointment of teachers in Primary Schools. During enquiry, it was found that the educational certificates of sixteen teachers including that of the petitioner was found forged as the petitioner failed to appear before the enquiry officer inspite of valid service of notice. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner fell ill hence she could not appear before the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57373 of 2018(3) dt.04-01-2019 2/2 enquiry officer. However, the petitioner has not received any salary. It is further submitted that the petitioner does not claim any such appointment.

Learned APP submits that the FIR was registered after due verification.

Considering the fact that petitioner is unmarried girl and she is not claiming her appointment as teacher, let the petitioner above named be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender within 12 weeks on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Nawada in connection with Pakribarama P.S. Case No.8 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. The bail bonds of the petitioner will be accepted by the learned court below after filing an affidavit to the effect that she will regularly cooperate in the investigation. Let the case diary be returned forthwith.
