2. The petitioner is permitted to add Patna Municipal Corporation as respondent No. 7.

3. This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondent authorities to remove the encroachment and illegal vegetable market from the government land and road from the Mithapur area of Patna.

4. Pursuant to the earlier order of this Court dated 19.12.2023, the SHO, Jakkanpur has appeared in the Court and has assured this Cout that he will take all suitable and possible steps to remove the encroachment from the road as has been contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the encroachers are now shifting from the main road to the inner roads and are creating encroachment there which is causing trouble for the general public.

6. It is for the SHO, Jakkanpur to see that the encroachers do not encroach the inner roads also and if they do not have any place for doing their business the encroachers are directed to approach the Patna Municipal Corporation for alloting them a market place for doing their business but the encroachers should not use the main road and the inner roads of Jakkanpur to do their business.

7. In case, the orders of this Court are violated by the Police and the Patna Municipal Corporation, the petitioner may approach this Court again.

8. With the aforesaid directions, this application is disposed of.
