Mr.Kameshwar Kumar, GP-17 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 15-01-2019 The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the order of suspension dated 19.09.2017 passed by the District Education Officer, Gopalganj.

The learned counsel for the respondents has pointed out to Annexure-2 to the writ petition i.e. the letter of the Regional Deputy Director of Education, Saran Division, Chapra dated 02.11.2017, whereby and whereunder the said order of suspension dated 09.09.2017 has been stayed till the investigation is completed.

Nothing has been brought on record to demonstrate that the stay has been vacated by the authorities, hence, no cause of action has accrued so as to entitle the petitioner to maintain the present writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
