2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 303(2), 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the B.N.S.
3. As per prosecution case, on 19.12.2024, the petitioner along with his son was on their way to home, in the meantime, this petitioner along with other co-accused persons assaulted informant and his son by means of lathi, danda and fist and during course of assault, this petitioner assaulted on the head of son of informant by means of iron rod due to which his head broke.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Allegation is general and omnibus in nature against him. Injury caused by this petitioner is simple in nature. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.
6. Considering aforesaid facts, clean antecedent of this petitioner and other circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Pirbahore P. S. Case No. 868 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita.
