JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 06-03-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Kursela P.S. Case no. 139/2019 registered under section 307 of the IPC and 27 of the Arms Act.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that allegation has been levelled due to subsisting land dispute. Prosecution is false and the petitioner has fair antecedent. So he should be allowed privilege of anticipatory bail.

Referring to the case diary, learned A.P.P submits that allegation of causing firearm injuries is corroborated by the injury report wherein informant has been found to be suffering from two firearm injuries which are grievous in nature.
