The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kahalgaon (Rasalpur) P.S. Case No. 87 of 2013 dated 03.03.2013 instituted for the offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

The name of the petitioner has transpired in the confession of an accused person. He has no criminal antecedent and he has till date not been put on test identification parade.

Regard being had to the aforesaid facts as also the period of custody which is from 29.05.2019, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction
