2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Amas P.S. Case No. 06 of 2010 instituted under Sections 307, 435, 427, 149, 147 and 148 of the Indian Penal Code; Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act.

3. The petitioner is a naxal and is alleged to have burnt a truck.

4. The incident is of the year 2010.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this is not a fit

6. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.
