Petitioner is accused in connection with Chhabilapur P.S. Case No. 113 of 2019 registered under Sections 302, 120(B), 147, 148 and 149 of the I.P.C. and 27 of the Arms Act. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is specific allegation against co-accused Nitish Yadav and Jugesh Yadav. Further submission is that there is no postmortem report in the instant case, except finding. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 22.08.2019.
