The present petition has been filed for grant of regular bail on behalf of the petitioner in connection with Neemchak Bathani P.S. Case No. 99 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a and 26 of the Arms Act. The allegation is regarding recovery of one country made sixer revolver from beneath the pillow from the room of the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent. Lastly, it is submitted that the petitioner is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76443 of 2019(2) dt.04-12-2019 2/2 languishing in custody since 26.07.2019.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the present case, I deem it fit and proper to direct for grant of regular bail to the petitioner herein immediately upon completion of six months from the date of arrest i.e. from 26.07.2019, subject to such conditions as may be imposed by the learned trial court i.e. the learned court of A.C.J.M.-Xth, Gaya in connection with Neemchak Bathani P.S. Case No. 99 of 2019.

With the above observations and directions, the present petition stands disposed off.
