The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Atri P.S. Case No. 132 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 448, 323, 341, 324 and 308/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. He further submits that there is case and counter case on account of land dispute. Considering the fact that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent and there is case and counter case, the petitioners named above, in the event of arrest or surrender

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76154 of 2019(3) dt.06-03-2020 2/2 before the court below within one month from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XIII, Gaya in connection with Atri P.S.
