2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Batiya (Batia) P.S. Case No. 12/2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 318(4), 338, 336(3), 61(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and other accused persons are alleged to have cheated the informant of about Rs. 24 lakhs (approx.) for getting a petrol pump license.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, without prejudice to his rights and without accepting his guilt, is

Learned counsel further submits that petitioner is a man with three criminal antecedents and he is in custody since 02.09.2025. The petitioner undertakes to co-operate in the case/ trial.

5. The amount of Rs. 5,00,000/- draft which has been produced by the learned counsel for the petitioner is being handed over to the learned counsel for the informant who will hand over the demand draft to the informant.

6. Learned APP for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant have jointly opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

7. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

8. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Jamui /concerned Court below in connection with Batia (Batiya) P.S Case No. 12 of 2025.
