2. The petitioner has prayed for bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation in the FIR, petitioner along with his family members has tortured to the sister of the informant for non-fulfillment of additional dowry demand and ultimately she was being killed.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is co-villager of mainaccused Dilkhush Kumar. He is not named in the FIR. He is a graduate student and he has no concern with the conjugal affairs of co-accused Dilkhush Kumar and his deceased wife. He has

He is neither family member of the main accused nor relative. Petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 30.07.2023.

5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Lakhisarai in connection with Pipariya P.S. Case No. 81 of 2023.
