On 22.06.2023, the following order was passed: "The matter is of 2018 and it is unfortunate that the opposite party who was to pass an order and file a show-cause has still not chosen to file any reply. As such a cost of Rs.

5,000/- is imposed upon the Jai

Patna High Court MJC No.3540 of 2018(3) dt.13-07-2023 2/3 Prakash University, Chapra to be paid to Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.

If the order stands complied and the Finance Officer has taken a decision, only in that event, no payment shall be made.

List this matter after three weeks."

Today, on call, learned counsel for the petitioner for the Jai Prakash University has provided a copy of the order dated 12.07.2023 passed by the Registrar, Jai Prakash University, Chapra at Saran by which it has been informed that Rs. 12,46,916/- toward leave encasement and Rs. 10,00,000/- towards gratuity as also the provident fund amount has been paid and there is nothing due against the University. It has been further submitted by the learned counsel for the University that due to confusion, a cost of Rs. 5,000/- which was to be deposited with the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee, could not be deposited. He submits that the same shall be paid by tomorrow.

As the order has already been passed, a copy of which has been provided to the petitioner, no contempt is made out. The M.J.C. No. 3540 of 2018 stands disposed of. Learned counsel for the University undertakes to
