====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-06-2020 Due to COVID-19 Pandemic, the matter is being taken up by way of virtual Court proceeding.
The matter has been listed under the heading 'For Orders' under the orders of Hon'ble the Chief Justice. Heard learned counsels for the parties.
The following reliefs have been sought for on behalf of the petitioner in the present writ application. "1(i) For commanding the respondentBank to ensure payment under the head
Patna High Court CWJC No.24115 of 2019(4) dt.22-06-2020 2/2 of current service element as well as disability elements as fixed by the Ministry of Defence in regard to the services rendered by him in the Indian Armed Force.
(ii) Also for commanding the respondent-Bank to make payment arrears of the due amount under the aforesaid two heads which has been being stopped since the year 2001, with statutory interest thereon."
On behalf of the respondents, it has been submitted that the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed by the respondents. The said submission has not been controverted by learned counsel for the petitioner. Considering the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, no further order is required to be passed in the present writ application.
