The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 148C of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A)/323/341/504/379 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the allegations levelled again the petitioner and that he has tortured and assaulted his wife and had demanded money from her and also threw her from the house, I am not inclined to grant bail to this petitioner. It is, accordingly, rejected.
