Patna High Court MJC No.4862 of 2019(5) dt.16-08-2023 2/2 cause filed in the present case that the District Magistrate, Rohtas, in compliance of the order of this Court dated 25.04.2018 passed in CWJC No. 15357 of 2017, has passed a reasoned order dated 29.08.2019, whereby and whereunder the claim of the petitioner has been rejected.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to challenge the aforesaid order dated 29.08.2019. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 4.

The petition stands disposed off.
