2. Application is filed for modification of the order dated 08.10.2025 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 8050 of 2025 seeking extension of further time to surrender and seek regular bail.

3. Learned Advocate for the petitioner submitted that on account of illness, despite the order dated 08.10.2025 directing the petitioner to surrender before the Court below and seek regular bail, the petitioner could not obey the same.

4. In view the submissions advanced and the averments made in the modification application, the same stands allowed.

5. The petitioner is to directed to ensure his surrender preferably within a period of four weeks' from today.
