2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 190, 191, 192, 126(2), 127(2), 115(2), 118(2), 109, 103, 61(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per F.I.R., petitioner is one of the assailants of the deceased (Rohit Kumar).

4. Considering the nature of accusation and the fact that petitioner is one of the assailants of the deceased, prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is refused. However, since petitioner is in custody since 15.07.2025, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial.
