2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 103(1), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.
3. As per F.I.R., On 10.08.2025, with regard to dispute regarding storage of garbage in the Gali, an altercation took place between the parties. It is alleged in the F.I.R. that the petitioner along with other accused persons assaulted the deceased with bricks and stones due to which the father of the informant received severe injuries and died.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is widow and there is general and omnibus

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and submits that petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and there is specific allegation that petitioner along with F.I.R. named accused persons assaulted the deceased with bricks and stones. Post mortem report corroborates the allegation. Several external injuries were found on the person of the deceased.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of accusation, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
