Petitioner seeks bail in Sitamarhi P.S. Case No.318 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 363, 365/34 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that victim was examined under Section 164 Cr.P.C., wherein, she has stated her age 23 years and stated that this petitioner along with Digvijay Singh has taken her to Muzaffarpur and kept her for three months and forced to do domestic work. No illegal act was done with her.

Petitioner is in custody since 03.08.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57561 of 2018 (2) dt.09-10-2018 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No.318 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
