2. The present petition has been filed "for issuance of rule of contempt against the opposite parties for suitable convict (sic) against them for disobeying the order dated 13.06.2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 10571/2019".

3. At the outset itself, learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the averments made in the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the opposite parties to the effect that Supply Appeal

Patna High Court MJC No.4863 of 2019 dt.08-07-2021 2/2 Case No. 154/2019 filed by the petitioner before the District Magistrate, Purnia, has been disposed of by final order passed on 04.02.2020. It is, therefore, accepted that the petitioner's grievance has been redressed and the order of the Writ Court has been complied with. As such the present petition need not be pursued any further.

4. Learned counsel for the opposite parties appears and has been heard.

5. Having regard to the stand of the petitioner and that the order of the Writ Court is said to have been complied with, the contempt petition stands disposed of.
