2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 87 and 140(3) of the B.N.S..

3. As per prosecution case, daughter of informant used to go to coaching at Bright Coaching Centre, Congress Mohalla, Mahnar and on 11.08.2024 at about 9 AM, instead of going to the coaching, she went to house of this petitioner and coaccused Kriti Kumari after taking some jewelery along with her and then the accused persons took her to Bhusan Jeweler, Ganga Road, Mahnar and sold all the ornaments and with the received money, she bought a mobile phone and clothes. It is further alleged that they gave assurance to daughter of informant that they will solemnize her marriage with a good boy

It is further alleged that as per plan, daughter of informant left her house on 15.08.2024 at about 7 PM saying that she will return after buying some things but did not return. It is alleged that daughter of informant used to talk to different persons on mobile phone and holders of the alleged mobile numbers used to come to house of this petitioner and they got familiar with daughter of informant and this petitioner has eloped daughter of informant with the holders of the alleged mobile numbers.

It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to local village politics and only on suspicion she has been made an accused in this case. Petitioner has not sold any ornaments. Petitioner is a lady and has got clean antecedents.

On the other hand, learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and submitted that petitioner is named in the F.I.R. with specific accusation that she, along with other accused persons, took away daughter of informant. It is further submitted that the victim is still traceless.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances,
