Petitioner is accused in connection with Rampur Chauram P.S. Case No. 62 of 2019 registered under Sections 302/34 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that on perusal of post mortem report (Annexure-2), it is apparent that no obvious external injury was seen on the body of the deceased and also no marks of violence. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 23.07.2019. Having considered the above facts and circumstances
