2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Atri P.S. Case No. 229 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 397 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation, in course of returning home from his sister along with his maternal uncle, the informant was intercepted by accused persons riding on two motorcycles and in consequence thereof Rs. 5000/- along with locket of Bajarang Bali was snatched away.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. As a matter of fact, the motorcycle of the petitioner dashed the motorcycle of the informant due to which, an altercation
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1269 of 2024(2) dt.31-01-2024 2/2 took place between the parties. He has submitted further that both the parties have compromised the case and other co-accused persons on the similar footing have been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court.
5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Gaya in connection with Atri P.S. Case No. 229 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) A.K.V.//- U T
