The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Shikarpur P.S. Case No.71 of 2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that the informant has gone to the filed where he found a huge quantity of wheat plants crushed and earth brushed clean with water and later on after removal of earth dead body of his son was found lying. In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected.
