2. The petitioner has filed the present writ application for seeking insurance claim, inasmuch as according to the petitioner, the LIC has repudiated two death claims of the petitioner's husband.
3. Learned counsel for the LIC submits that there is an alternative remedy before various forums and the petitioner may choose one of it for redressal of her grievance including the insurance ombudsman.

4. Considering the submissions made by the parties and nature of dispute, this writ application is disposed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the insurance ombudsman for redressal of her grievance within a period of thirty days.
5. If such a claim is filed by the petitioner, insurance ombudsman is directed to consider the same on its own merit, taking into account the fact that writ application filed by the petitioner, was pending before this Court.
6. In view of the aforesaid direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
