The petitioner has been in custody since 07.07.2018 in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No. 379/2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 401/414/420/467/468/ 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that recovery of the motorcycle from the alleged possession of the petitioner is that of the vehicle which had been purchased by him and only because one Golu Kumar had stated that the said motorcycle which had been stolen by him had been sold to the petitioner, the petitioner has been implicated in connection with the present case and is languishing in jail. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that he had no knowledge that the

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and because the vehicle in question had been purchased by him from the said Golu Kumar, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ara, Bhojpur, in connection with Ara Town P.S.
