The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a), 38(1)(2) and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

From the house of the petitioners liquor was recovered and other family members have also been arrayed as accused in this case. Petitioners have got clean antecedent. Considering the nature of allegation and punishment

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.85211 of 2019(2) dt.07-01-2020 2/2 prescribed, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected in connection with Chanan P.S.Case No.01 of 2019 pending in the Court of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge (Excise), Lakhisarai.
