ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 05-12-2025 Having regard to the submissions made by the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner, Paragraph No. 8 of the order dated 11.09.2025 passed in CWJC No. 980 of 2025 is modified to the extent indicated below:-

Patna High Court MJC No.3858 of 2025(2) dt.05-12-2025 2/2 "Having regard to the above mentioned facts and circumstances, the present writ petition is allowed. The authorities are directed to make the necessary payments due to the petitioner for maintenance work for the period of 2014 till 2019 in terms of the Agreement No. 04/SBD-04/2013-14 dated 08.05.2013, as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 16 weeks from the date of the receipt of the copy of the order."

2. In case, the amounts are not paid within the time stipulated by this Court, the petitioner would be entitled to simple interest at the rate of 6% per annum from the date of submission of the bills till the date of the actual payment.

3. With the above directions, the present MJC stands allowed.
