2. This is the fourth attempt of the petitioner. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 645 of 2019 registered for the offence under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and the deceased were staying in the same room. The petitioner is alleged to have killed the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the allegation against the petitioner is that deceased was stabbed but he has been killed by hard blunt substance, therefore, the petitioner deserves bail. The petitioner is in custody since 21.07.2019.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. It is for the petitioner to explain as to how the deceased was killed when both the petitioner and the deceased were staying in the same room.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is dismissed.

8. The Trial is directed to be expedited at the earliest. In case the trial is delayed further by the prosecution, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
