Case No. 253 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 447, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

So far this petitioner is concerned, there is allegation of assault by sickle on neck and head of the informant. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that there was dispute with respect to expenditure in Shradh and informant is his own brother and due to that occurrence took place and he has no intention behind the occurrence and he is in custody since 7.7.2019.

Heard learned APP, who has opposed the prayer for bail stating that opinion on the injuries has been kept reserved. In view of above facts and circumstances, let

No.77229 of 2019(3) dt.06-03-2020 2/2 petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 253 of 2018.
