2. This application has been filed seeking extension of time to surrender in the learned court below in terms of the order dated 24.06.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21534 of 2023 in connection with Parihar P.S. Case No. 195 of 2022.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per the said order, the petitioner had to appear with the victim girl in the learned court below within a period of six weeks but the learned Advocate for the petitioner had fall and major accident at the relevant time and for about three months, he was on complete bed rest.

4. It is submitted that this Court may grant an

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2328 of 2024(2) dt.03-04-2024 2/2 appropriate time within which he will appear in the learned court below with the victim girl and shall comply with the order dated 24.06.2023.

5. Learned counsel for the State is present, however, there is no opposition to this application.

6. Having regard to the submissions made before this Court, this Court grants one indulgence to the petitioner by extending the period to surrender by three weeks from today. If the petitioner together with the victim girl appear in the learned court below within a period of three weeks from today, he would get the benefit of the order dated 24.06.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21534 of 2023.

7. Rest of the order and the conditions contained therein shall remain intact.
