The petitioners, who are students and are in custody since 25.09.2019 seek bail in connection with Sarai P. S. Case No. 341 of 2019 dated 24.09.2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears that they have been arrested on the charge of riding a stolen motor-cycle. There is nothing

Regard being had to the nature of accusation and the period of custody of the petitioners, this petition is allowed. The petitioners, above-named, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-XIII, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Sarai P.
