JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 19-03-2020 The petitioners, who are in custody since 20.09.2019, seek bail in connection with Kateya P.S. Case No. 99 of 2019 dated 22.03.2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 302, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Nine persons have been named in the FIR as having killed the deceased. The dead body of the deceased was found in a wheat field. The informant has raised suspicion that the deceased has been killed because of past enmity.
The name of the petitioners has transpired in the confession of an arrested accused person. The learned advocate for the petitioners has

Considering the aforenoted aspects, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XV, Gopalganj in connection with Kateya P.S. Case No. 99 of 2019.
