Case No. 103 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, however, considering the fact that the prosecution evidence has already stood closed, the learned senior counsel for the petitioner does not wish to press the present petition.
