2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 30(a) and 41 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

3. 360 liters of illicit liquor has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 06.11.2023 and has clean antecedent. He further submits that petitioner is ready to donate Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) in some

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-II-cumSpecial Judge, Excise Court No. 1, Gopalganj/concerned Court below in connection with Bhore P.S. Case No. 545 of 2023 subject to the conditions that:- 7(1).The petitioner shall deposit an amount of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) in Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama, Latu Maharaj Path, Opp. Circuit House, Chapra, Bihar-841301 and produce the receipt of the same before the Court below. The bail bonds of the petitioner shall be accepted after verifying the genuineness of the receipt produced by the petitioner. 7(2). The petitioner will mark his attendance at the Bhatni, Deoriya, Uttar Pradesh Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at
