JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 11-10-2018 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to file an appeal against the order dated 30.08.2018 passed by the respondent no. 3, as provided for under Section 32 of the Bihar Targeted P.D.S. (Control) Order, 2016.

In view of the limited prayer of the petitioner herein, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal before the appellate authority and in case, such an appeal is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be considered on merits
