Petitioner is accused in connection with Rajoun P.S. Case No. 95 of 2019 registered under Sections 302, 120(B)/34 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The alleged occurrence is accidental one. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 21.07.2019.
