The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No.211 of 2019 registered under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 3/4 of the Explosive Substance Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that on the basis of the fardbeyan of the informant, the present case was lodged against 10-15 unknown. In course of investigation, one Gairul Ansari was apprehended, who confessed his guilt, disclosing the name of the petitioner as his associate. Further submission is that no any robbed material has been recovered from the house of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.77378 of 2019(2) dt.28-11-2019 2/2 petitioner. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender by him within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai, in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No.211 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Out of the two sureties, one must be either parents or the close relative of the petitioner.
