1. At the outset, it is reported by the Learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner, Mr. Basisth Prasad Singh, is no more.

2. The Writ petition is filed by the petitioner (no more) seeking direction to

Patna High Court CWJC No.18926 of 2018(3) dt.25-07-2025 2/3 command respondent no. 6, the Branch Manager, State Bank of India, Main Branch, Danapur, Patna, to transfer the deducted amount of Rs. 3,01,000/- from the savings account of the petitioner along with interest as admissible and payable on the loan so that the adjustment may be made. Further, to command the respondent to issue the statement of account and No Dues Certificate to the petitioner. The further relief sought in the writ petition is to command the respondent to lodge an FIR and take departmental action against the Branch Manager of State Bank of India, Main Branch, Danapur, Patna, for illegal withdrawal of the amount from the petitioner's account and also to impose penal interest and cost against the respondent-Branch Manager.

3. Without going into the merits of the case, considering the fact that the petitioner is no more, no relief can be granted to him. If at all the legal heirs of the petitioner are aggrieved, they shall approach the Bank authority for redressal of their grievances.

4. With the aforesaid observations, the Writ petition stands closed.
