2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sanjhauli P.S. Case No. 84 of 2023, registered for the offence punishable under Sections-341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506, 354/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation, the accused persons along with three unknown persons entered the house of the informant and started assaulting them and in consequence thereof, injury was sustained to one Shatrudhan Prasad and Chandan Kumar. Gold chain is also said to have been snatched away in the occurrence. It is also alleged that the accused persons tried to outrage modesty of the informant.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3311 of 2024(2) dt.07-02-2024 2/2 that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and he has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner to assault Chandan Kumar who suffered simple injury, caused by hard and blunt substance. It has further been submitted that there is case and counter case between the parties and members of informant side have also suffered injuries.
5. Learned APP opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Sanjhauli P.S. Case No. 84 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) A.K.V.//- U T
