2. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Dulhin Bazar P.S Case No. 155 of 2024, dated 19.06.2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of IPC.
3. As per the FIR, all the FIR named accused persons including this petitioner brutally assaulted the informant and his family members, as a result of which they sustained injuries.

Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that this is the second attempt being made by the petitioner to seek anticipatory bail while in the first attempt the privilege of anticipatory bail were not extended and the petitioner along with other co-accused namely Manraj Kumar and Dheeraj Kumar were directed to surrender before the learned trial court within six weeks
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84871 of 2025(2) dt.23-12-2025 2/2 from the date of order and accordingly other two co-accused Manraj Kumar and Dheeraj Kumar surrendered before the Court and has obtained regular bail. It is the case of this petitioner that allegations against this petitioner is general and omnibus in nature. The counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application to avail the similar remedies by surrendering before the court concerned within a period of four weeks from today.

Be that as it may, since the other two co-accused persons have surrendered before the learned trial court within the time so stipulated and their regular bail applications were considered on the same day in terms of the order passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 86076 of 2024. If the petitioners surrenders within the period four weeks from today, it is expected that case of this petitioner shall also be considered in similar terms as has been considered in the case of Manraj Kumar and Dheeraj Kumar who surrendered and sought regular bail.
6. With such observations, the application of anticipatory bail is disposed of.
7. Till four weeks, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner in the aforementioned case.
