Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366(a),342,323,506 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Section 376 I.P.C. and Sections 4/12 POCSO Act was added.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he kidnapped to the minor daughter of the informant with intent to marry with her. Victim girl has supported the allegation of kidnapping and the fact that she was ravished by the petitioner. Admittedly, the victim was a minor at the time of occurrence, hence, offences alleged are attracted against the petitioner. I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail in connection with Kateya P.S.Case No.239 of 2019 pending in the
