Patna High Court MJC No.3601 of 2018(2) dt.09-09-2019 2/2 09-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AC to AAG 10 for the State.
2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that since the order dated 28.11.2017 passed in CWJC No. 19197 of 2016 was passed along with analogous cases and in other cases, in the LPA the said order has been partly interfered with, the present application has become infructuous.
3. In view thereof, the application stands disposed off.
4. However, it shall be open to the petitioner to move once again before this Court, in future, if such occasion arises. (Ahsanuddin Amanullah, J.) Anand Kr.
