2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner assaulted son of the informant with iron rod causing him injury on the head.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Doctor has found simple injury.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the nature of injury caused by the petitioner, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the
