Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Sheikhpura PS Case No. 198 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 504, 353, 427, 188, 337 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that allegation against the petitioners is that petitioners were members of the procession which was to move through licensed route but the petitioners being the members of the procession involved in changing the route and allegedly participated in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62487 of 2018(2) dt.12-12-2018 2/2 damaging government vehicles owned by the police party. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent and were only the members of the mob.

Considering the aforesaid, the petitioners above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within one month from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura in connection with Sheikhpura PS Case No. 198/2018 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
