2. This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of bail. Earlier, the bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 16.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7218 of 2023.

3. There is recovery of 10 Kg. of Ganja.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that one witness has been examined and rest of the witnesses are not being produced by the prosecution despite letters being sent to the Superintendent of Police, Bhojpur.

5. In view of the above, this application is dismissed.

6. The Superintendent of Police, Bhojpur is directed to co-operate in the trial and produce witnesses on the next date fixed.

7. If the Superintendent of Police, Bhojpur, does not co-operate in the disposal of the trial then this Court will initiate appropriate proceeding against him for violation of this Court's order.

8. Let a copy of the order be communicated to the Superintendent of Police, Bhojpur at Ara through FAX/e-mail forthwith for compliance of the order.
