That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate Writ order/orders direction to the respondent authority to remove encroachment over Zila Parishad Road from Nazirpur Akhara Ghat Bandh Ahiyapur Chowk and Nala bearing R.S. Khata No. 128 R.S. Khesra No. 210, Area 130 decimal 0.525 hector of Mauza Nazirpur and for any other relief/reliefs as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the circumstances of the case." At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Mushari, District-Muzaffapur for redressal of his
Patna High Court CWJC No.18878 of 2018(2) dt.06-09-2022 2/2 aforesaid grievance.
Liberty so sought is granted.
It is needless to state that in case appropriate petition is filed under the provisions of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956 within a period of four weeks from today, the necessary action thereon shall be taken by the respondent no. 4, within a period of 12 weeks, thereafter, in accordance with law and after hearing the affected parties. The writ petition stands disposed off.
